Responsibilities on the Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bit555 ("bit555", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website bit555.bet. By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the bit555 platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any casino game — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, bit555 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void all associated balances and pending withdrawals.

You may be required to submit a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, proof of address, and payment method verification before withdrawals are processed. bit555 reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.

2.5 Account Non-Transferability. Your bit555 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account balance to any other person. bit555 accounts may not be used for commercial purposes.

3.1 Login Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bit555 login credentials, including your username and password. 3.2 Unauthorised Access. 4.1 Currency. All transactions on bit555 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bit555 does not impose currency conversion fees on PKR deposits or withdrawals. The minimum deposit amount is clearly displayed in the bit555 cashier section and is subject to change.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. bit555 currently accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. bit555 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your bit555 account within seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day. bit555 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.

4.4 Own Funds Only. You must only deposit funds that belong to you. bit555 does not accept deposits from credit accounts or third-party payment sources. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or accepting deposits from third parties is strictly prohibited.

5.1 Withdrawal Processing. bit555 aims to process PKR withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval for standard amounts. Larger withdrawals may require additional processing time and identity verification steps. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.

5.2 Identity Verification Requirement. bit555 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. You agree to cooperate fully with the verification process by providing requested documents including CNIC copies, selfies, or proof of payment ownership. Failure to complete verification will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until documentation is received and approved.

5.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified at the time the bonus was issued. Bonus-derived funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

5.4 Minimum Withdrawal. A minimum withdrawal amount applies to all bit555 accounts. The current minimum is displayed in the bit555 cashier. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bit555 bonuses, promotions, free bets, and special offers are subject to specific terms and conditions which are communicated at the time the offer is made. 6.4 Promotion Availability. bit555 promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn, modified, or replaced at any time. Promotional availability may vary based on player eligibility, account status, and geographic location. bit555 is not obligated to offer promotions to any specific player.

7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the bit555 platform operates according to specific rules displayed within the game interface or accessible via the game information panel. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.

7.2 Sports Betting. Sports bets placed on bit555 — including HBL Pakistan Super League cricket markets and other sporting events — are subject to the betting rules specific to each market. Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed, or abandoned will be settled in accordance with bit555's event-specific settlement rules.

7.3 Bet Voidance. bit555 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error, placed at an incorrect price due to a technical fault, placed on an event that was subsequently found to be subject to match manipulation, or placed in breach of these Terms. Voided bets will be refunded at the original stake amount to your bit555 account balance.

7.4 Technical Faults. In the event of a technical fault during a game session or bet placement, bit555 will investigate using game server logs. The outcome recorded on bit555's servers is the definitive record. bit555 accepts no liability for losses resulting from interrupted internet connections or device malfunctions on the player's side during active game sessions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bit555 platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one bit555 account, or registering an account in the name of another person.

11.2 Losses from Gaming. 11.3 Exclusion of Consequential Damages.
